垃圾睡眠 junk sleep

睡眠專家們近幾年發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)在很多青少年睡眠時間都不足4個小時,而且睡眠質(zhì)量不高。甚至很多青少年都是玩著游戲睡著的,因此睡眠質(zhì)量無法保證,從而影響白天的學(xué)習(xí)和工作表現(xiàn)。專家們把這種睡眠狀態(tài)叫做junk sleep,由此可見其危害程度了。
Junk Sleep refers to low-quality sleep caused by disruptions from nearby electronic devices such as cell phones, computers, and TVs, which is of neither the length nor quality that it should be in order to feed the brain with the rest it needs to perform properly at school or work.
垃圾睡眠指低質(zhì)睡眠狀態(tài),多因手機、電腦及電視等電子設(shè)備的運行而致。這種睡眠狀態(tài)因無法給大腦提供足夠長時間和高質(zhì)量的休息而導(dǎo)致其在日常的工作學(xué)習(xí)中無法正常運轉(zhuǎn)。
As a lifestyle choice, it is just as harmful as junk food. It is a Sleep Disorder which not only leads to exhaustion, moodiness and acne, but to more serious complaints like depression, decreased creativity, reduced socialization, poor performance, degraded immune functioning, aggressiveness and the inability to handle complex tasks.
作為一種生活方式,垃圾睡眠和垃圾食品一樣都是有害的。這是一種睡眠紊亂狀態(tài),不僅會導(dǎo)致疲憊、憂郁及粉刺等癥狀,還有可能會引發(fā)更加諸如抑郁、創(chuàng)造力減弱、社會交際減少、表現(xiàn)欠佳、免疫能力和競爭能力下降以及無法應(yīng)對復(fù)雜任務(wù)等更加嚴(yán)重的后果。
