國家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息辦公室表示，將在全國范圍內(nèi)開展“護苗2015·網(wǎng)上行動”，營造有利于青少年健康成長的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境。

六一兒童節(jié)前夕，網(wǎng)信辦開展“護苗行動”，使青少年免受不健康網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的毒害。

到2014年，我國青少年網(wǎng)民（juvenile Internet users）已達2.77億人，是全國青少年總數(shù)的79.6%。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)不良信息舉報中心的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，七成被舉報信息與色情有關(guān)（involved pornographic contents）。網(wǎng)信辦高度重視為青少年營造健康的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境，將對包含暴力和色情等不良信息的網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)容進行集中清理（cleaning up unhealthy content）。

“護苗行動”的主要戰(zhàn)場將是即時通訊服務(wù)商（instant messaging services）微信和QQ、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺（social network platforms）微博、各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇、信息儲存平臺云盤和網(wǎng)盤（information storage platforms such as Yunfile and Netdisk）、以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻、微視頻（micro videos），移動app等。
