3月4日，中共中央總書記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平參加了全國(guó)政協(xié)十二屆五次會(huì)議的民進(jìn)、農(nóng)工黨、九三學(xué)社政協(xié)委員聯(lián)組會(huì)。

共商國(guó)是，出自漢?劉向《新序?雜事二》：“愿相國(guó)與諸侯士大夫共定國(guó)是。”

“是”字有“法則”的意思，“國(guó)是”就有國(guó)家的政策、法規(guī)、方針等含義。“共商國(guó)是”就是共同商量國(guó)家的大政方針。

由此，“國(guó)是”在英語中就可以用national policies and principles表示，“共商國(guó)是”就是hold discussions concerning national policies and principles。

【國(guó)事與國(guó)是的區(qū)別】

“國(guó)事”指國(guó)家事務(wù)（state affairs），也可泛指一切跟國(guó)家有關(guān)的具體事情。

“國(guó)是”是傳統(tǒng)漢語中專指國(guó)家大計(jì)、國(guó)家政策方針的專用詞匯，是正規(guī)的書面用語。

黨和國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人與代表委員共商國(guó)是都說了些啥？

習(xí)近平指出：

偉大的事業(yè)，決定了我們更加需要知識(shí)和知識(shí)分子，更加需要知識(shí)分子為國(guó)家富強(qiáng)、民族振興、人民幸福多作貢獻(xiàn)。

Intellectuals across the country should take on a sense of urgency and responsibility, and work hard to build China into a moderately prosperous society in all aspects and a major sci-tech power.

中國(guó)開放的大門不會(huì)關(guān)上，要堅(jiān)持全方位對(duì)外開放，繼續(xù)推動(dòng)貿(mào)易和投資自由化便利化。
China's opening door will not close. China will continue to open up in all respects, particularly in further liberalizing and facilitating trade and investment.

上海作為全國(guó)改革開放排頭兵和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展先行者，要在深化自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)改革上有新作為，在推進(jìn)科技創(chuàng)新中心建設(shè)上有新作為，在推進(jìn)社會(huì)治理創(chuàng)新上有新作為，在全面從嚴(yán)治黨上有新作為。
Shanghai, a pioneer in reform and opening up, should do more in deepening free trade zone (FTZ) reforms, promoting science and technology innovation, improving social management, and governing the Party in an all-around and strict manner.
