Highrise building catches fire in NW China

XINING - A fire broke out in a 20-story high-rise building on Friday in northwest China's Qinghai province, according to local firefighters.
The fire started around 5:20 pm in the province's capital of Xining and was brought under control about an hour later, the firefighters said.
It is not yet known if the fire has resulted in any casualties. The cause of the fire is under investigation, the firefighters said.
