Xiajiagou county in Lianyungang city, East China Jiangsu province, harvests more than 100 hectares of chestnuts in August, earning 30,000 yuan per hectare and producing 30 tons of chestnuts. They are then shipped to cities across the country, including Beijing, Shanghai, and Shandong.
