0COTABATO, Philippines - A Chinese national working for a Chinese mining firm is reportedly missing in the southern Philippines, local police said Friday. ? ?
Police said that Rui Lei, administration officer of Shenzhou Mining Group Corporation in Claver township, Surigao del Norte province, had been missing since April 11.
Lei, a resident of East China's Jiangxi province, was last seen heading home in the city of Surigao on board a passenger van.
