Visitors sail on the world's biggest man-made swimming pool in central Chile on April 8. The 1,013-meter-long swimming pool, covering eight hectares, is capable of holding 250,000-cubic meters of water which is 6,000 times a standard family swimming pool. Visitors can even go boating. The pool has broken the Guinness World Record. It maintains a temperature of 26 C in the summer, making use of flowing natural sea water. [Photo/Xinhua] |
