10-yuan notes ATM
People can draw cash in 10-yuan notes at some automated teller machines in Guangzhou, South China's Guangdong province, Information Times reported. All the banks across the country will begin installation of ATMs that provide cash in 10-yuan, 20-yuan and 50-yuan notes in October.
According to a document issued by the central bank, 50 percent of all banks should be equipped with an ATM that offers 10-yuan notes by October of this year and all banks should have at least one such ATM by the end of the year. The policy was applauded by people who think small change ATMs would be more convenient.

Woman married to three men
