        Dangerous intersections

        The Ministry of Public Security published 10 dangerous traffic sections across the country to remind drivers to be aware of safety. The intersections were in eight provinces, including Shanxi, Fujian, and Shaanxi, Xi'an Evening News reported.

        Two of the intersections are in Shaanxi province, and 262 people have been killed in accidents there over the past nine years.

        Hong Kong police arrested a 31-year-old woman, surnamed Wu, on Monday after she admitted she had accidentally killed her 6-month-old baby girl and left the body in a garbage can.

        The baby's mother called the police in November, saying that her baby had been taken from her stroller outside a park while she was giving directions to the kidnapper.
