        China Open to offer Asia record prize money

        As the top-ranking tennis tournament in Asia, the China Open will offer a total of $6,600,000 in prizes this year, the highest prize money for tennis tournaments in the Asian region.

        This includes 2.1 million for the ATP 500 Series, 4.5 million for WTA Crown-Jewel Events.

        The women single's winner will receive $ 775,500 as well as 1000 points, while the bonus and points for the second prize are $387,800 and 700, respectively. Only those whose world rankings are within the top 100 will have a chance to compete in this event.

        The men single's winner will get $573,000 as well as 500 points, with the second taking home $286, 500 and 300 points.

        The bonus and points for the champion of women's double and men's double are $266,000, 1000 points and $160,000 and 500 points respectively.
