        Liangjiang seeks talents with eagerness

        Chongqing Liangjiang New Area is developing rapidly, with the growth rate of 15 percent last year. Therefore, enterprises’ demand for high-level employees has increased significantly.

        Recently, Liangjiang New Area Human Resource Company actively organized “Liangjiang New Area famous enterprises college tour" campus recruitment activities. More than 20 famous enterprises based in Liangjiang went to 22 colleges inside and outside the city to carry out a wide range of hiring.

        So far, SAIC-GM Wuling, BOE, AT & S and other famous enterprises have provided thousands of attractive job positions, successfully hired 938 students. Noticeably, Liangjiang has become a cluster to attract skilled talents in the Midwest regions.

        Starting from October 16, Liangjiang New Area Human Resources Company organized 20 key enterprises including SAIC-GM-Wuling, BOE, and AT & S to visit Chongqing University, Chongqing University of Science and Technology, Chongqing Industry Polytechnic College, Xi’an Auto Technology Collage and other well-known universities and colleges. On the recruitment fair, more than 1,000 job positions including automation engineers, mechanical engineers, and laboratory analysts were provided and 938 students were successfully hired. Especially, SAIC-GM-Wuling only recruited 276 students, which played an important role in recruitment.

        In addition, Liangjiang New Area Human Resources Company continued to develop new channels of hiring and organized Liangjiang New Area enterprises to go out to bring in talents. This year, they carried out corss-regional recruitment in six provinces including Wenjiang in Sichuan, Lanzhou in Gansu, and Xi’an in Shaanxi.

        A Xi’an Auto Technology Collage student who got an offer from SAIC-GM-Wuling said that Chongqing is developing well and Liangjiang New Area has huge development prospects. Enterprises in Liangjiang New Area are opened to operation very recently so we are expecting to gain broad career development opportunities there.

        During this year’s colleague recruitment, online and offline recruitments were conducted simultaneously, which not only promoted the one and only official talent recruitment website “Special Administration Region of Talent”, but also provided more channels for candidates to get enterprise information in real time, and summit CVs.

        Meanwhile, Liangjiang New Area Human Resources Company developed a “Special Administration Region of Talent” APP software for mobile and created a wechat public account (account name: CQ-LJHR) which facilitate students to get the latest recruitment information via mobile.
