The power transmission and control expo, known as PTC ASIA 2015, will gather roughly 1,400 industry manufacturers from home and abroad at Shanghai New International Expo Center from October 27 to 30.
The show this year will cover an area of 110,000 square meters.
The expo is jointly organized by Deutsche Messe AG, Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd, China Hydraulics Pneumatics & Seals Association and China General Machine Components Industry Association.
The expo will promote international exchanges and trade markets in related fields, said Fu Yu, general manager of Hannover Milano Fairs China Ltd.
"It's committed to developing an excellent global purchasing platform for Asian markets," he said. At the same time, displays of international compressors, logistics and transportation systems, cold chain equipment and technology, and heavy machinery will be exhibited at the Shanghai expo center.
Visitors can view all six exhibitions that cover the whole industrial chain, Fu added.
A number of activities will be held to enable audiences to experience the achievements of the related industries.
A fluid dynamic forum, Germany's smart manufacturing demonstration, and robot and auto symposiums will be held.
This year, the exhibition will sell tickets to visitors to ensure a professional audience, and those who sign up online in advance will have the opportunity of getting free tickets, the organizer said.
