An animnal rights activist who is well-known to locals came to the street where more than a dozen dog meat restaurants are located on Saturday evening. He was soon surrounded by dozens of residents who took photos of him and shouted at him. Out of safety concern, he was taken away by some people whose identity cannot be confirmed.
