A snow leopard preys on ibexes in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region on Nov 3, 2013. It is the first time that a snow leopard, the first-grade state protected animal, is captured through the lens in HD photos. The internationally endangered wild animals are mainly distributed in the Tibetan Plateau and high mountain areas in Xinjiang, with those in Xinjiang accounting for a quarter of the total amount in the world.
