China to add 27 air routes to Europe, US

China's civil aviation authority says it has approved 27 new routes to Europe and the United States. The routes will start in the next two years, and will be operated by Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, and Hainan Airlines. The 5 companies have already ordered a number of Boeing B787 and Airbus A380 aircraft for these new routes.
