BEIRUT/JERUSALEM - At least three civilians were injured on Thursday in an Israeli airstrike that hit a residential building near al-Qaem mosque in Dahieh, Beirut's southern suburbs, Lebanese TV channel al-Jadeed reported.
The Israeli army confirmed that it launched three missiles to attack the commander of Hezbollah's drone unit.
TV footage showed rescue teams and ambulances rushing to the densely populated area to transport casualties to the hospital and remove victims from beneath the rubble.
