In the list of Top 30 County-Level Cities of the Chinese Mainland for 2015, released by Forbes China on Dec 4, Zhangjiagang city of Jiangsu province came third on the list. The two county level cities - Kunshan and Jiangyin made their places at the top two. Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Fujian embrace the top 10 cities on the list, with five from Jiangsu, four from Zhejiang and one from Fujian.

According to the prestigious magazine, county-level cities have made great contributions to economic and social development. These rich cities have tremendous spending power and innovative potential that can attract talent.

Since 2004, Forbes has ranked cities by evaluation indexes such as talents, urban scale, consumption ability, passenger traffic, freight transport, operating costs, vitality of private economy and innovation.
