Zhongtian Technology Group (ZTT) from the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area took part in the 10th China SoG Silicon and Photovoltaic (PV) Power Conference in the city of Nantong, Jiangsu province, from Nov 6 to 8 to discuss the development of the PV industry in the country with experts, scholars and other company representatives from home and abroad.
As a newcomer in the new energy industry, the group started its PV business in 2008, short of experience and resources in the beginning, according to Cao Hongbin, director of the new energy industrial chain at ZTT.
However, with its advantages in communication and the power grid, the group has developed a string of products such as solar cell backsheets and power generation and storage systems, which can cover the whole PV industrial chain. The company has now undertaken several national PV projects.
The group draws experience from other companies and focuses on innovation and industrial upgrading, contributing to the strong reception in the market to its high-tech and high-quality products, Cao said. By attending the conference, ZTT could not only demonstrate its achievements in the new energy industry, but also receive development guidance from other participants.
The China SoG Silicon and Photovoltaic (PV) Power Conference, first launched in Shanghai in 2005, has become one of the most important academic meetings regarding silicon material and PV power in the country.
