The Xinghu community in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area held a closing ceremony for its summer camp on Aug 31, attended by children and the workers from the community’s Committee for the Wellbeing of Youth.

The workers prepared an animated cartoon for the children. It was the last time for them to enjoy it before the holiday was over.

Then the children reviewed a series of activities including a legal lecture, film watching, DIY activities and a visit to an immigration station.

They were also asked to talk about their plans for the upcoming semester.

Xiao Tianyu said he would finish his homework on time every day after this semester.

Huang Yue would become a senior student. She said she would set higher goals for herself.

Huang Yiqin said she was no longer a kindergarten kid and would make a good example for younger children.
