The Guiyang National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone won the title of 2017 Torch Statistics Advanced Unit at the recent national torch statistics training meeting. The zone has received the title seven years in a row.
The torch statistical survey system was created by the torch center of the Ministry of Science and Technology and is a special statistical investigation project of the scientific and technological department approved by the National Bureau of Statistics.
Effective in promoting high-tech industrialization, the system provides timely and detailed data support for high-tech industrialization and environmental development.
Providing statistical reports and various statistical products, the system provides an important reference for the formation of relevant policies and scientific decision-making.
In recent years, the Guiyang high-tech zone has attached great importance to torch statistics and is striving to achieve even greater things in the future, said a spokesperson of the zone.
