Abstract:
The article gave an overall introduction of the development trend and basic characteristics for women employment since reform and opening up as well as the impact of economic transformation on women employment. Considering that reform and opening-up has made the community functions come to light, it put forward some policy suggestions on improving community service development environment, enforcing government support for community service, formulating equal labor market laws and regulations and establishing birth security system.
