        The Cathy Room, the European restaurant at the Fairmont Peace Hotel, not only boasts a balcony with an impressive view of the Bund, but is also offering up a feast of delicacies. Diners at the restaurant can capture a memento of the special evening with a photo on the balcony with stunning views of the Huangpu River and Pudong’s magnificent skyline and then move on to the five-course dinner with a main of either rib eye steak or sole fish.
