Sachoom, an abbreviation for "dance when you are in love" in Korean, combines dance and music to tell a story, which follows love and friendship between three close friends. Since its debut in 2004, Sachoom has been staged more than 2,300 times around the world.

        Life, nature, history

        Editor's picks

Three hundred artworks from the Guangdong Museum of Art's whole collection of more than 30,000 pieces are on display to celebrate the museum's 15th anniversary. The large-scale show takes up all the 12 exhibition halls. The exhibits can be divided into three parts, focusing on different themes: ordinary people's lives, the beauty of nature and the country's history. The old photographs offer visitors a taste of original Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province. Meanwhile, the works of masters like Picasso, Dali and Yayoi Kusama, give the show an international perspective. It is also interesting to rediscover China through the lens of French photographer Klavdij Sluban, who is famous for his dense and shadowy black-and-white photographs.

9 am-5 pm, daily except Mondays until March 13. Guangdong

Museum of Art, 38 Yanyu Road, Ersha Island, Yuexiu district, Guangzhou. 020-8735-1468.
