中共中央總書記、國家主席習(xí)近平1日在人民大會堂出席中國共產(chǎn)黨與世界政黨高層對話會開幕式，并發(fā)表題為《攜手建設(shè)更加美好的世界》的主旨講話，強調(diào)政黨要順應(yīng)時代發(fā)展潮流、把握人類進步大勢、順應(yīng)人民共同期待，志存高遠、敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)，自覺擔(dān)負起時代使命。中國共產(chǎn)黨將一如既往為世界和平安寧、共同發(fā)展、文明交流互鑒作貢獻。

習(xí)近平在講話中闡釋了人類命運共同體的內(nèi)涵：

“人類命運共同體，顧名思義，就是每個民族、每個國家的前途命運都緊緊聯(lián)系在一起，應(yīng)該風(fēng)雨同舟，榮辱與共，努力把我們生于斯、長于斯的這個星球建成一個和睦的大家庭，把世界各國人民對美好生活的向往變成現(xiàn)實。”
"Building a community with a shared future for mankind is in essence to connect the prospects and destinies of every nation and country closely together, share weal and woe, turn planet Earth into a harmonious family, and make people's desire for better life come true."

習(xí)近平同時指出，中國共產(chǎn)黨是為中國人民謀幸福的黨，也是為人類進步事業(yè)而奮斗的黨。我們要把自己的事情做好，這本身就是對構(gòu)建人類命運共同體的貢獻。我們也要通過推動中國發(fā)展給世界創(chuàng)造更多機遇。我們不“輸入”外國模式，也不“輸出”中國模式，不會要求別國“復(fù)制”中國的做法。

在講話結(jié)束時，習(xí)近平引用了《論語》中的名句“益者三友，友直、友諒、友多聞”，強調(diào)中國共產(chǎn)黨愿同世界各國政黨加強往來，分享治黨治國經(jīng)驗，開展文明交流對話，增進彼此戰(zhàn)略信任，推動構(gòu)建人類命運共同體，攜手建設(shè)更加美好的世界。

“益者三友，友直、友諒、友多聞”出自《論語 季氏篇》，全句是這樣說的：

子曰：“益者三友，損者三友。友直，友諒，友多聞，益矣。友便辟，友善柔，友便佞，損矣。”

這句話的意思是：

孔子說：“有益的朋友有三種，有害的朋友有三種。結(jié)交正直的朋友，誠信的朋友，知識廣博的朋友，是有益的。結(jié)交諂媚逢迎的人，結(jié)交表面奉承而背后誹謗人的人，結(jié)交善于花言巧語的人，是有害的。”

辜鴻銘翻譯的《論語》英譯中，這句話是這樣表達的：

Confucius remarked, "There are three kinds of friendship which are beneficial and three kinds which are injurious. Friendship with upright men, with faithful men, and with men of much information: such friendship are beneficial. Friendship with plausible men, with men of insinuating manners, and with glibtongued men: such friendships are injurious."

不同國家的政黨應(yīng)該增進互信、加強溝通、密切協(xié)作，探索在新型國際關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上建立求同存異、相互尊重、互學(xué)互鑒的新型政黨關(guān)系。
Political parties of different countries should enhance mutual trust, communication and coordination and develop a new model of party-to-party relations, in which political parties seek common grounds while shelving differences, respect and learn from one another.

一國安全不能建立在別國不安全之上，別國面臨的威脅也可能成為本國的挑戰(zhàn)。面對日益復(fù)雜化、綜合化的安全威脅，單打獨斗不行，迷信武力更不行。

如果奉行你輸我贏、贏者通吃的老一套邏輯，如果采取爾虞我詐、以鄰為壑的老一套辦法，結(jié)果必然是封上了別人的門，也堵上了自己的路，侵蝕的是自己發(fā)展的根基，損害的是全人類的未來。
The old-school winner-takes-all mentality and beggar-thy-neighbor approach would not only block the doors of others, but also barricade one's own path. They would erode a country's own roots for growth, and impair the future of whole humanity.

中國共產(chǎn)黨所做的一切，就是為中國人民謀幸福、為中華民族謀復(fù)興、為人類謀和平與發(fā)展。
The CPC strives for the well-being of the Chinese people, rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as well as peace and development of mankind.

我們不“輸入”外國模式，也不“輸出”中國模式，不會要求別國“復(fù)制”中國的做法。
The CPC would neither import foreign models of development nor export the Chinese model. We will not ask other countries to copy the Chinese practice

中國無論發(fā)展到什么程度，都永遠不稱霸，永遠不搞擴張。我們倡議世界各國政黨同我們一道，做世界和平的建設(shè)者、全球發(fā)展的貢獻者、國際秩序的維護者。
No matter how much stronger it may become, China will never seek hegemony or expansion. We call on all the parties around the world to join us in bringing peace to the world, contributing to global development and maintaining world order.
