體操好看,但要想看懂不容易。什么騰身回環(huán)倒立轉(zhuǎn)體360度、側(cè)空翻二周轉(zhuǎn)體270度,很頭疼有木有?今天我們就教大家如何用英語(yǔ)說(shuō)出這些難度系數(shù)爆表的體操術(shù)語(yǔ)。
體操(Gymnastics)在特指賽事時(shí)也叫競(jìng)技藝術(shù)體操(Competitive artistic gymnastics)。它包括多個(gè)項(xiàng)目,男子女子略有不同。
男子體操項(xiàng)目
自由體操 Floor Exercise
鞍馬 Pommel Horse
吊環(huán) Still Rings
跳馬 Vault
雙杠 Parallel Bars
單杠 Horizontal Bar
全能 All-Around
女子體操項(xiàng)目

下面先教大家?guī)讉€(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的術(shù)語(yǔ)。
▌空翻 somersault / salto / flip
前空翻 forward salto
后空翻 backward salto
側(cè)空翻 sideward salto
一個(gè)空翻就是salto,兩個(gè)空翻是double salto,三個(gè)空翻是triple salto,以此類(lèi)推。
▌手翻 handspring
前手翻 handspring
后手翻 back handspring
同理,一個(gè)前手翻就是handspring,兩個(gè)前手翻就是double handspring。
▌轉(zhuǎn)體 twist / turn
一次轉(zhuǎn)體是360度,如果是轉(zhuǎn)了180°就是1/2 twist,轉(zhuǎn)了720°就是2 twists,以此類(lèi)推。
▌姿勢(shì) position
直體 stretched / straight
屈體 piked
團(tuán)身 tucked
好,現(xiàn)在來(lái)組詞吧。

下面讓奧運(yùn)冠軍陳一冰來(lái)示范一個(gè)動(dòng)作:
看出來(lái)沒(méi),這個(gè)動(dòng)作叫做后手翻直體兩周轉(zhuǎn)體900度。用英語(yǔ)說(shuō)就是:
double back handspring with 2-1/2 twists (900°)。
本屆女子全能王美國(guó)選手Simone Biles示范動(dòng)作分解:
1: Miss Biles turns her body around and then prepares to spring off her hands.
拜爾斯翻轉(zhuǎn)身體,準(zhǔn)備用手起跳。
2: She continues the movement, which is known as a back handspring.
繼續(xù)完成后手翻。
3: Using her incredible calf strength, the gymnast lands on her toes.
用驚人的小腿力量完成落地,腳尖著地。
4 and 5: Miss Biles lifts her arms and rebounds off the floor into a tight arch.
拜爾斯舉起手臂再次跳起,身體在空中呈繃緊的弓形。
6: As she rises, she thrusts her hips upwards to create rotation.
起跳時(shí),她臀部向上用力以完成旋轉(zhuǎn)。
7-9: While flying through the air, she changes her body shape as little as possible in order to be given full credit by the judges.
在空中她的身體盡量不變形,爭(zhēng)取拿到全部分?jǐn)?shù)。
10: It looks as though she is standing in mid-air as she begins her second flip.
第二跳開(kāi)始時(shí),她似乎站在空中。
11-14: Wrapping one arm across her body, Miss Biles creates a small imbalance so that she can twist 180 degrees before her landing.
拜爾斯單手抱臂制造一種失衡,以完成落地前的180度翻轉(zhuǎn)。
15: She brings her arms out again to stop herself from twisting any further.
手臂再度伸開(kāi)以停止翻轉(zhuǎn)。
16: She keeps her body upright, using her arms for balance, and bends her knees to absorb the energy from the somersault.
她讓身體保持直立,用手臂來(lái)平衡,屈膝以減少翻轉(zhuǎn)的沖擊。
17: In the typical landing position for a gymnast, Miss Biles raises her arms to signify that she has finished the skill.
拜爾斯舉起手臂以示動(dòng)作完成,這是體操運(yùn)動(dòng)員最常見(jiàn)的落地姿勢(shì)。

形容體操運(yùn)動(dòng)員的表現(xiàn),我們一般用優(yōu)美優(yōu)雅這類(lèi)詞,如graceful, elegant, beautiful;以及穩(wěn)健有力等詞,如solid, powerful等。
下面學(xué)幾個(gè)常用句子吧。
▌A lovely start.
開(kāi)局不錯(cuò)。
▌Very nicely done.
完成得非常好。
▌Excellant handstand right there.
非常棒的倒立。
▌Everything looks so elegant and so easy.
完成地如此優(yōu)雅和輕松。
▌She didn't get any deduction. Perfect.
她沒(méi)有被扣分,完美。
▌Beautiful skills right there.
非常優(yōu)美的動(dòng)作。
▌Very nice routine.
常規(guī)動(dòng)作很漂亮。
▌So far she's been rock solid here.
目前為止她的動(dòng)作都非常穩(wěn)健。
▌She finished with a fantastic dismount.
她以一個(gè)極為精彩的跳下結(jié)束了整套動(dòng)作。
落地在體操中非常重要,如果能落地時(shí)能穩(wěn)定住不移動(dòng),就叫stuck landing,動(dòng)詞是sticking the landing。
▌She ended with a stuck landing.
她最后落地站穩(wěn)了沒(méi)有移動(dòng)。
▌Really making his landings working today.
今天他的落地都不錯(cuò)。
▌Those landings was almost spot on with wonderful choreo.
落地準(zhǔn)確,編舞精彩。
▌Almost nailed that.
落地基本穩(wěn)住。
▌A little bit misstep on the landing.
落地時(shí)有點(diǎn)沒(méi)站穩(wěn)。
