Peruvian police officers carry the coffin of
one opf their colleagues, who was killed by rebels in the Huanuco region,
at the airport in Lima December 21, 2005. Peruvian rebels killed eight
policemen in an ambush in the country's cocaine-producing central jungle,
the second deadly attack this month, the Interior Ministry said on
Wednesday. Rebels attacked a police vehicle on a routine patrol in the
remote Huanuco region on Tuesday night.
