A submarine developed by several farmers
headed by Li Yuming is tested in Moshui Lake in Wuhan, central China's
Hubei Province December 2, 2005. The submarine, named Friend, went down
only 50 centimeters below the water surface due to insufficient power of
its diesel engine. Experts said these farmers are on the right track in
