BEIJING - The Japanese government's move to "purchase" the Diaoyu Islands will inevitably have a negative impact on the Sino-Japan economic and trade ties, China's vice-minister of commerce Jiang Zengwei said Thursday.
Jiang made the remarks at a news briefing.
