Large Medium SmallTAIYUAN - Five people were killed and one injured Friday after a heavy-duty truck collided with a mini-bus in North China's Shanxi Province, local police said.
The accident occurred about 11 am in state-level road in Shouyang county, leaving four out of the six aboard the mini-bus killed at the scene.
One of the rest two injured in the mini-bus died later at hospital after treatment failed, raising the death toll to five.
An investigation into the cause of the collision is under way.
