Miranda Kerr: Health is wealth
Miranda Kerr swears by yoga and a "super healthy" diet to keep herself healthy and wealthy.
The 29-year-old model - who has 15-month-old son Flynn with husband Orlando Bloom - does 30 minutes of yoga every day as part of her workout, and refuses to let naughty foods pass her lips.
She said: "I make sure I do half an hour of yoga in the morning so that then I'm feeling good.
"I have been working out quite a bit doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands and I eat super healthy.
"Health is really wealth I think."
Like her 'Lord of the Rings' actor husband, Miranda turns to meditation to help her mind relax and escape the day-to-day stresses of a hectic lifestyle.
She told the Daily Mail newspaper: "If I'm in the car on the way to work or if I'm on the plane on the way to a job I'll do a meditation."
The Victoria's Secret star recently revealed one of her key philosophies is to focus on the positive, and she believes all women should try to feel good about themselves.
She said: "I can't feel bad about being who I am, just like the girl next to me can't feel bad about being who she is. Because a rose can never be a sunflower, and a sunflower can never be a rose."
"I want to encourage women to embrace their own uniqueness. Because just like a rose is beautiful, so is a sunflower, so is a peony. I mean, all flowers are beautiful in their own way, and that's like women too."
