Jessie J's schedule 'sparks health fears'
Jessie J's family and friends are reportedly worried her hectic schedule could be damaging her health.
The 24-year-old 'Price Tag' singer - who suffered a stroke when she was just 18, thanks, in part, to working four jobs at the same time - toured the globe last year with her debut album 'Who You Are', and has since taken a judging role on UK version of 'The Voice'.
Now in America starting her second album, the star - who also broke her foot after slipping off stage in 2011 - is undergoing regular check-ups to make sure the pressure does not take its toll on her health.
A source told the Daily Star: "Jessie has a history of medical issues and needs to be monitored.
"She works incredibly hard not only on 'The Voice' but also promoting her album around the world.
"Add that to the gruelling touring, personal appearances and recording and it would be a lot for anyone to take.
"It's not something Jessie really talks about but she still has health check-ups on her condition."
Speaking about her previous health battles, Jessie admits it opened her eyes to how fragile life is.
She said: "I had, like, four jobs. I was really tired and my body shut down.
"It made me realise that no matter how much you take care of yourself - I don't drink, smoke or do drugs - you can always have your life taken away.
"I thought I wasn't able to perform again and that experience taught me that you can't take anything for granted."
