Houston's family 'wants daughter out of limelight'
Whitney Houston's family reportedly wants her daughter Bobbi Kristina "out of the limelight".
The 19-year-old - who is the sole benefactor of her mother's will - is set to have her interview with Oprah Winfrey televised on Sunday (11.03.12).
But some relatives are said to be less then happy with the timing as no official ruling has yet been given on what caused Whitney's lifeless body to be found submerged in the bath of her Beverly Hills hotel suit on February 11.
A source said: "There is still no resolution and there has been nothing concrete on the cause of death, and they were hoping for that.
"There were members of the family who weren't keen on [the interview] going down at this time.
"There are people who just want her to stay out of the limelight for a while. This is a little girl who just needs some time."
Those close to Bobbi - who is the only child from Whitney's marriage to ex-husband Bobby Brown - are also worried about the teenager spending the rest of her life in her late mother's shadow.
Talking to People Magazine, the source explained: "She's so very young and impressionable. She has to start finding herself as a woman on her own as opposed to defining herself as Whitney's daughter and Whitney's support. It's kind of interesting to see what's going to happen to her from here on in.
"[She] has definitely wanted to walk in her parents' footsteps, [but] she will always have to deal with the constant comparison. I think she needs to find her own niche."
