A list of 100 Chinese cities with the most international trade in 2016 was released by the General Administration of Customs for the People's Republic of China on July 25.
The list compares indicators such as international trade competitiveness, structural competitiveness, efficiency competitiveness, development competitiveness and potential competitiveness.
Coastal cities in East China have more competitive advantages. Eight out of the top 10 Chinese cities with most international trade are from this area and the Pearl River Delta.
