        Chinese cyber space has a new saying these days, "wealthy people can be willful."

        However, some highly educated people who may not be wealthy also want to be willful, too.

        Stable jobs with decent income seem not to satisfy them. They are seduced by entrepreneurship and wanted to be their own boss. Many have started their business from scratch. They're more willful than the rich.
