        Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun invested 100 million yuan in YOU+ International Youth Apartment, a rent service for those aged below 45.

        The apartment, located at Fenghuang New village of Haizhu District, Guangzhou city, aims at providing young people with low-rent apartments and encourages them to make friends with their neighbors and set up a positive life attitude.

        YOU+ apartment's rooms are normally 10-30 square meters with a monthly rent from 1,500 to 2,500 yuan ($240-400).

        YOU+ already has two apartments in Guangzhou and other eight branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou are under construction and the company will open over 10 apartments in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou in 2015.
