The first-ever aviation tourism project in Southwest China was launched Tuesday at the West Grand Canyon, known as the North Gate, situated at Zhaotong city, Yunnan province.
Tourists are now able to enjoy aerial sightseeing above Tongluoba National Forest Park, Xiangjiaba Dam and Jinshajiang River Gorge at the cost of 880 yuan ($139.70).
The project is equipped with the BELL-212 Helicopter, with a seating capacity of thirteen passengers and two crew members.
