Cargill Inc, the largest US agricultural company, has invested about US$60
million in a soybean-crushing plant in China, the world's fastest-growing market
for animal feed and vegetable oil.
The new plant, located in the port
city of Nantong, can process 5,000 tons of soybeans a day, Cargill said in a
