China power consumption increased by 10.4 percent year-on-year in September, according to the National Energy Administration on Monday.
China consumed 444.8 billion kilowatt-hours in September.
For the first nine months, China's power consumption totaled 3.95 trillion kilowatt-hours, up 7.2 percent year-on-year.
In terms of power consumption for the secondary industry, China consumed about 2.87 trillion kilowatt-hours, up 10.9 percent year-on-year.
