China-Pakistan cooperation potentials continue growing

May 21 will mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Pakistan-China diplomatic ties. Khalid Rahman, chairman of the Institute of Policy Studies, Islamabad, Pakistan, said since 1951, the friendship between the two countries has deepened through thick and thin. The potential of bilateral cooperation also has increased in a diversity of sectors over the past 7 decades.
New ways of cooperation, such as the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and the Belt and Road Initiative, have been established between China and Pakistan, said Rahman, and the China-Pakistan cooperation will continue making contributions to regional and global security as well as development.
