Welcome international students to study in Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA).
NUAA is located in Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu Province. Nanjing is a modern city with a history of over 2500 years and a population of 6,000,000, 300 km away from Shanghai.
Found in 1952, NUAA is one of China's key comprehensive universities. Consisting of 12 colleges, NUAA offers a wide range of programs including 41 undergraduate programs, 89 master programs and 46 doctoral programs. The total number of registered students in NUAA is 28,000. Among them 16,000 are undergraduates, 7000 postgraduates, and 5000 part-time students. NUAA has a staff of 2700 including 265 professors and 595 associate professors.
NUAA now has 2 campuses, covering an area of 173 hectares with a building floor space of 700,000 square meters. The library has a collection of over 2,000,000 volumes.
On the basis of the strongest background of being one of the best universities in Aeronautical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering of China, NUAA has set up special Bachelor-degree classes of these two specialities for international students and all courses in these classes are delivered in English Media.
